Job summary

Job&Talent is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to own the global information security strategy, program, and execution. You will report to the CTO and protect technology, data, and infrastructure while enabling rapid, safe growth.

You will lead security across product, cloud, and corporate environments, establish KPIs, and drive a Zero Trust framework with strong governance and incident response capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security experience in global software tech environments.
• 5+ years in senior security leadership roles (CISO/VP Security or equivalent).
• 2+ years as a CISO or senior security leader in a global SaaS company.
• Experience across product security, cloud security, and security operations.
• Strong identity, IAM, SSO and Zero Trust knowledge.
• Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR and third-party risk.
• Ability to partner with Engineering, Legal, Privacy and executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve global information security strategy and roadmap.
• Translate security risks into business risk views for executives.
• Establish KPIs, KRIs and risk-acceptance processes.
• Build a security organization that enables fast-moving teams.
• Own security lifecycle across products and engineering, including threat modelling and security testing.
• Govern cloud infrastructure security and secure-by-design decisions.
• Guide AI security governance for AI-powered products and integrations.
• Own corporate security including IAM, endpoint and network security.
• Advance Zero Trust across identity, device posture and risk-based access.
• Lead security operations, incident response and threat intelligence.
• Maintain security program governance and automate compliance monitoring.
• Oversee third-party risk management and vendor security.
• Collaborate with Legal and Privacy on regulatory requirements.
