Job summary

You will partner with Project Managers to manage milestones, coordinate with customers and multiple carriers, and maintain accurate records throughout the delivery lifecycle. Strong organization and proactive follow-up are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Capacity to manage multiple orders with attention to detail.
• Proactive in following up with carriers and stakeholders to keep milestones on track.
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, and project tracking tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Managers to deliver multiple circuit and wireless deployments.
• Own day-to-day milestone tracking from submission to install and turn-up.
• Monitor carrier portals and platforms for status changes and required actions.
• Maintain updates in project management, CRM, ticketing, and circuit-tracking systems.
• Coordinate with domestic and international carrier partners to move orders forward.
• Escalate delays or risks to protect customer commitments.
• Prepare and collect delivery documentation and test results.
• Communicate professionally with customers, carriers, engineers, and stakeholders.
