Job summary

Peak Technologies, Inc. seeks a senior IT leader to drive the global technology organization, overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, ERP/CRM, data management, and IT operations.

The role focuses on modernization, governance, and risk management across multiple sites and during acquisitions. As the executive responsible for information security and technology risk, you will partner with business and technology leaders to align platforms, data, and processes with growth objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years progressive enterprise IT experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-functional IT teams at director level or above.
• Experience with Azure, ERP/CRM, data analytics, and security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global IT strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, business applications, data management, and IT operations.
• Lead IT operations across a multi-site organization.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and technology investments including M&A integration.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR.
