Job summary

Plexus Worldwide is seeking a transformational Chief Information Officer to lead our global technology organization from our Scottsdale, Arizona headquarters. This executive will shape the end-to-end technology strategy, architecture, and execution to enable Vision 30 growth and international expansion.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will attract and retain top tech talent, modernize the tech ecosystem with AI and automation, and ensure technology delivers measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• 5 years at VP level or above leading enterprise technology.
• Previous CIO experience preferred; direct selling or global consumer products experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise technology strategy and multi-year roadmap in alignment with Plexus Vision 30 growth objectives.
• Build and lead a high-performing global technology organization with a focus on accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Oversee architecture, cybersecurity, software engineering, cloud, and digital platforms to deliver secure and scalable operations.
• Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business strategy and measurable outcomes.
