Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead enterprise IT, AI governance, and cyber risk across a decentralized, multi-country federation. You will shape technology strategy, partner with Berkshire Hathaway, and drive digital transformation across 120+ businesses.

The role manages a global team (~450) with responsibility for ERP modernization, cloud adoption, and shared platforms while balancing autonomy and enterprise standards. Hybrid Chicago-area location.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership in global, multi-country orgs.
• Proven track record in digital transformation and large ERP programs.
• Experience with enterprise tech across complex environments including data flow between systems.
• Deep cybersecurity expertise with board-level reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise technology strategy aligned with Marmon business groups.
• Lead AI strategy, governance, and an AI Center of Excellence driving measurable value.
• Own end-to-end enterprise cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and compliance.
• Lead federated IT leadership across autonomous businesses with enterprise standards.
