Marmon Group LLC, part of Marmon Holdings backed by Berkshire Hathaway, seeks a Director of Legal Operations in Chicago. You will lead operations, data, and technology to enable attorneys to focus on legal judgment while driving value across M&A, CLM, and analytics initiatives.

You will manage a team, own the operating model, and partner with IT, Contracts, and Finance to deploy standardized workflows and governance across Marmon’s global legal functions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading legal operations or corporate legal teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs and projects.
• Strong data analytics to drive decisions and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead M&A due diligence, integration programs for acquisitions/divestitures.
• Oversee CLM program rollout, data migration, and process improvements.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for the Legal Department.
• Lead Legal Ops, Data Analytics & Digital Transformation teams.
• Define technology strategy and ensure data governance across systems.
