This senior role leads governance, roadmaps, agile execution, and change leadership, mentoring analysts and partnering with executives to maximize value across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 15 years of IT applications experience.
• Experience partnering with executive stakeholders to define and deliver business-driven technology solutions.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing Agile delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and business alignment across IT.
• Define and manage the IT application roadmap and portfolio with ROI focus.
• Organize agile delivery rhythms and oversee deployments to minimize risk and maximize value.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, change leadership, and governance forums to drive alignment.
