Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience including VP-level scope.
• CIO experience preferred and global consumer products exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise technology strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead digital transformation, AI, automation, and analytics initiatives to deliver measurable business value.
• Establish governance balancing innovation, scalability and ROI.
• Build and lead a high-performing global technology organization with coaching and succession planning.
