Job summary

PDI seeks a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead IT strategy, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance across FDA/EPA-regulated manufacturing environments. You will helm ERP, cybersecurity, cloud services, and data governance while guiding AI-driven improvements and enterprise applications.

The role requires strategic leadership, budget management, and collaboration with senior leaders to align technology with business objectives and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience required.
• FDA Quality System requirements and regulated manufacturing environments
• 21 CFR 11; CSV/CSA; GxP and data integrity principles

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise IT and digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead technology operations including infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, ERP, data analytics and end-user support.
• Evaluate and govern AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Establish IT governance, SLAs, policies, standards, and lifecycle management for enterprise systems.
