Gellert Global Group seeks a Chief Information Officer to drive digital transformation, optimize technology platforms, and maximize the value of IT investments across corporate, remote, and operational locations.

The ideal candidate will lead strategic technology initiatives, manage ERP/CRM, analytics, and cybersecurity programs, and develop future IT leaders through coaching and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT leadership experience in relevant industries.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, Supply Chain or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply chain tech and multi-site operations.
• Experience leading ERP/CRM, warehouse and inventory systems; data analytics & BI.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop distributed IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward-looking IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead ERP, WMS, logistics, inventory and reporting system initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT organization.
• Design and champion leadership development and mentorship programs.
• Advance data governance, analytics and BI capabilities.
