Job summary

Plexus Worldwide, headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a visionary CIO to guide its global technology organization. You will shape end-to-end strategy, architecture, and execution across enterprise apps, cloud, security, and digital innovation to accelerate growth.

You will build a high-performing global tech team, foster accountability, and drive AI-enabled transformation while collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team to align tech with Vision 30 and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in technology leadership, 5+ years at VP level or above.
• Previous CIO experience and global consumer products exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise technology strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead digital transformation leveraging AI, automation, and analytics.
• Build and develop a high-performing global technology organization.
• Partner with executives to align tech investments with business goals.
