Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and optimization for core tech stack and 400+ applications.
• Staff and lead internal AI Transformation initiatives and tools rollout.
• Partner with Finance and auditors to ensure IT controls and audit readiness.
• Reallocate tech investments toward People, Marketing, and Product-facing tech.
• Lead a high-performance, blended workforce and enable agile delivery.
