Job summary

Plexus Worldwide, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks a Chief Information Officer to provide the strategic vision and executive leadership for the global technology organization. The CIO will modernize the technology ecosystem, align investments with Vision 30 growth, and drive digital transformation, AI, automation, cybersecurity, and scalable platforms for Brand Ambassadors and Customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 15 years of progressive technology leadership, including 5 years at the VP level or above.
Previous Chief Information Officer experience preferred.
Direct Selling or global consumer products experience required.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the enterprise technology strategy and multi-year roadmap.
Lead enterprise applications, digital platforms, infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
Drive digital transformation through AI, automation, and advanced analytics, delivering measurable business value.
Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to align technology investments with business strategy.
Build, develop, and retain a high-performing global technology organization.
Ensure technology governance, security, and regulatory compliance across global operations.
