Responsibilities

• Own strategy and optimization for the core tech stack and 400+ applications, reducing debt and costs.
• Lead the AI Transformation team to embed AI and low-code/no-code capabilities across business workflows safely.
• Partner with Finance and external auditors to ensure transaction integrity, maturing general IT controls and supporting SOC readiness.
• Direct a 175-person blended workforce and collaborate with the COO on enterprise initiatives.
