Job summary

MSA, The Safety Company is seeking a Global Continuous Improvement Manager in Cranberry Township, PA. The role centers on implementing CI strategies with the R&D leadership to transform engineering processes and design assurance across a global scope.

You will champion lean methods, guide teams through change, and drive standard work, governance, and performance metrics to deliver measurable results and cost savings.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of professional experience in CI/lean environments.
• Champion of lean, CI methods and guide through value generation.
• Experience leading change management and people through change.
• Ability to drive organizational and cultural changes to adapt to market demands.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Experience leading global programs in CI and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of CI strategies developed by the R&D Global Leadership team.
• Develop a CI culture across global Engineering aligned with MSA Business System.
• Drive product development processes and design assurance with value-added tools and processes.
• Lead initiatives to transform processes, products, and services for growth.
• Communicate effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership.
