New York University Abu Dhabi seeks a Chief Human Resources Officer to lead a data-driven HR function across a complex, multinational campus. The CHRO will partner with senior leaders to shape people strategies, workforce planning, and total rewards in a global university setting.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive senior HR leadership experience, with CHRO-level responsibilities.
Experience leading HR in a multicultural, globally connected university or knowledge-based organization.
Proven ability to translate strategy into effective, data-driven HR programs.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic HR leadership to NYUAD and align global HR policies with local implementation.
Oversee talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, immigration and compliance, and HR operations at scale.
Drive workforce analytics, HR digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement with campus leadership.
Lead HR Business Partner organization and ensure collaboration with academic and administrative leaders in a global context.
