Qualifications

5+ years of related experience.
Strong technical background with experience in chiller products or engineered solutions environments.
Experience supporting strategic accounts and high‑value customers.
Demonstrated expertise in tendering and commercial negotiations.
Understanding of SIOP, forecasting, and operational planning processes.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market and customer trends.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Strategic Account Partnership: Partner with Sales at key customer accounts to drive growth and strengthen relationships.
Technical & Commercial Leadership: Provide advanced technical support and lead new offer quotation activities post Gate 3.
Customer & Market Intelligence: Analyze market, customer, and product dynamics to inform backlog growth and GTM strategy.
Operational & Execution Excellence: Manage backlog visibility, lead SIOP participation, and ensure PO compliance.
