Job summary

Boeing Global Services is seeking an Experienced Field Service Representative to provide technical field support for the CH-47 helicopter on a global scale. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, customer interaction, and the ability to travel and deploy as needed.

Initial training will occur in Groton, CT, followed by assignments as dictated by contracts. Candidates must be able to relocate and meet deployment requirements, including passing military contractor health standards where

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience maintaining CH-47/MH-47 or international Chinook variants
• Willingness and ability to deploy/travel domestically and internationally on short notice
• Willingness to relocate to multiple locations as required
• Must possess a current US Passport

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting procedures for multiple systems
• Provide customer-focused technical field support of CH-47 aircraft for Boeing's customers globally
• Assist customers in troubleshooting drives, propulsion, pneudraulic, electrical and armament systems and resolve maintenance issues
• Develop and conduct ad hoc training in informal/on-the-job environments
• Respond to operational issues by interpreting technical documents to diagnose and resolve issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to isolate equipment problems not detected by diagnostics
• Collect technical data and evaluate maintenance procedures to address potential issues
• Manage field office resources and maintain company presence
• Prepare and submit data using reporting methods with clear written and oral communication
• Interface with all levels of customer organizations
• Interpret technical drawings and data to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Utilize MS Office for concise reporting and remote communications
• Applicable educational/certification credentials or equivalent experience required
