Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Field Service Representative to provide technical field support for CH47 aircraft. The role includes troubleshooting, training, and global customer support, with travel and deployment to domestic and international locations as required.

Initial training will occur at Fort Carson, CO, followed by assignments as dictated by contract needs. Candidates must meet security requirements and be willing to relocate and deploy as needed to support missions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience maintaining US Army CH-47/MH-47 or International variant Chinooks.
• Must be willing and able to deploy/travel domestically and internationally on short notice.
• Must be willing and able to relocate to various locations to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting procedures for multiple systems on CH47 aircraft.
• Provide customer-focused technical field support for Boeing's CH47 customers worldwide.
• Develop and conduct ad hoc training in on-the-job environments.
• Interpret technical documents and data to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.
• Interface with customer organizations at all levels and report findings clearly.
