Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Field Service Representative to provide technical field support for the CH47 helicopter. The role begins in Ridley Park, PA and may transition to international locations, including potential relocation.

You must be able to travel on short notice and support deployments worldwide while maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, equipment diagnostics, and training of field personnel.

Qualifications

5+ years experience maintaining US Army CH-47/MH-47 or international Chinook variants.
Willing and able to deploy/travel to multiple locations domestically and internationally on short notice.
Willingness to relocate to meet customer needs for deployment.
Must possess a current US Passport.
Export control and visa requirements may apply for international assignments.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot procedures for multiple systems on CH47 aircraft.
Provide customer-focused technical field support on a global scale.
Aid customers in troubleshooting drives, propulsion, pneudraulic, electrical and armament systems.
Develop and conduct on-the-job training for field personnel.
Respond to operational issues by diagnosing and resolving maintenance events.
Interface with customer organizations at all levels and provide clear reporting.
