Greenstone Resources Corp seeks a Global Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, planning, and governance across its global operations. This executive role is a full-time remote position designed to coordinate financial processes for multiple entities and ensure robust controls and reporting.

The CFO will oversee consolidation, treasury, regulatory compliance, and performance analytics while guiding capital allocation and funding strategies.

Formación

• Experience leading finance across multi-entity/global organizations.
• Expertise in IFRS/GAAP and regulatory filings.
• Advanced analytical skills for risk assessment and strategic advice.
• Experience with capital allocation, treasury management, and funding strategies.
• Professional qualification such as CPA/CA/CFA; MBA is an advantage.
• Experience in mining or industrial sectors is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP across jurisdictions.
• Direct treasury and cash management activities.
• Evaluate investment and financing opportunities.
• Mentor finance teams and establish internal controls.
• Partner with operations, commercial, and sustainability teams.
