Qualifications

• Senior financial leadership role, such as CFO or Finance Director, with legal exposure.
• Advanced knowledge of corporate finance, FP&A, financial modeling, and executive reporting.
• Practical understanding of corporate and commercial law, tax, audit, and internal controls.
