• M&A experience including execution, financing, integration, and value capture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership for growth across markets and geographies.
• Lead the global finance organization including controllership, FP&A, treasury, tax, and audit.
• Strengthen public-company readiness, governance, reporting, and investor communications.
• Drive enterprise-wide finance transformation and leverage technology for insight and efficiency.
• Guide capital structure planning, liquidity management, and financing decisions to support growth.
