Qualifications

• Public-company CFO or equivalent senior finance leadership.
• Experience scaling organizations through growth and transformation.
• Experience with capital markets, treasury, balance-sheet management.
• M&A transaction experience including financing and integration.
• Ability to partner with regional/country finance leaders in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and firm leaders, helping define and execute growth strategy across markets, capabilities, and geographies.
• Lead the global finance organization with controllership, planning and analysis, treasury, tax, audit, and investor readiness.
• Strengthen financial discipline, governance, forecasting, and stakeholder communications for capital-market activity.
• Drive enterprise-wide finance transformation, including standardization and shared services to improve insight and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve performance management and resource allocation across a global organization.
• Oversee capital structure planning, liquidity management, and financing decisions to support growth and resilience.
• Evaluate, execute, and integrate acquisitions/divestitures and other strategic transactions.
• Prepare for strategic alternatives including private capital activity and IPO readiness.
• Build a strong global finance leadership bench with high standards and accountability.
