Job summary

Forbes Travel Guide is seeking a Certifications Manager to own the end-to-end certification experience, from design to sustainment. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure enrollment to credential issuance runs smoothly across global programs.

The role collaborates with LMS, Sales, Content Teams, and IT to align governance, messaging, and operational excellence, while driving continuous improvement and strong candidate experience across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and managing professional certification programs or similar credentialing frameworks.
• Strong project management skills, Agile or hybrid, with tools like Microsoft Planner or similar.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, Docebo preferred, and proctoring solutions such as Honorlock.
• Data-driven mindset with reporting and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Define the certification framework, including eligibility, prerequisites, assessment standards, and renewal policies.
• Develop governance models for certification integrity, compliance, and global applicability.
• Coordinate cross functional teams, including LMS, content, sales, marketing, and IT, to meet milestones.
• Design a seamless candidate journey from registration to credential issuance.
• Track enrollment, pass rates, time to certification, and renewal metrics.
