Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or risk-based discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of clinically related experience or data trend analysis; 4 years in study operations with people management, remote experience preferred.
• Experience with RBQM-model or risk-based monitoring is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory guidelines (ICH/GCP) relevant to clinical trials; therapy area familiarity preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver best-in-class central monitoring with efficient resource use and agile response across studies.
• Partner with study teams to implement aggressive execution strategies and drive RBQM adoption.
• Line manage central monitors: staffing, development, contracting, budgeting, and performance reviews.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to build trust and support risk-based decisions.
• Contribute to RBQM system enhancements and real-time data analysis capabilities.
• Champion RBQM across AbbVie and ensure compliant global monitoring processes.
