Job summary

GE HealthCare is building a 30,000-square-foot Customer Experience Center in Waukesha, opening in 2027. As Global Program Manager, you will drive the CEC operating model from pre-opening readiness to post-opening performance, coordinating design, equipment, content, installation and technology.

You will lead a cross-functional team, manage vendors and budgets, and develop standard work, runbooks and dashboards to prove commercial value while delivering white-glove experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Events or Healthcare Management.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated master schedule across design, equipment, content, installation and go-live readiness.
• Lead Nexus–Salesforce integration and ensure data capture for visits and outcomes.
• Manage budgets, POs, invoices and forecasts; monitor spend and change orders.
• Partner with Sales and other stakeholders to drive commercial priorities.
