Qualifications

• Must train 15-18 offshore IP DRG coders to pass their CCDS certification.
• Experience in managing teams across geographic locations is essential.
• Ability to work night shifts to match offshore staff schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the CDI division.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of a high-performing CDI team.
• Define and implement best-practice CDI workflows and processes.
• Manage the budget and financial performance of the CDI division.
