Accenture is seeking a senior Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end CCaaS implementations for global clients from our Milwaukee-area base. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align with business goals, and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery of complex service technology solutions.

In this client-facing role, you’ll shape strategic guidance, build lasting relationships, and drive platform migrations with an Agile, risk-managed approach.

Qualifikationen

• > 1 year experience in Conversational AI, CCaaS and FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer)
• "> 3 years delivering cloud contact center platforms including WFM and analytics</br>
• "> 3 years designing AI chatbots and integrating with CCaaS platforms
• "> 3+ years aligning tech with contact center benchmarks and metrics
• "> 3+ years delivering CCaaS with cross-channel capabilities

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle for complex CCaaS implementations
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and manage follow-on opportunities
• Plan and estimate delivery work using Agile, including on-shore/off-shore teams
• Oversee platform migration and global rollout strategy and execution
• Collaborate with software partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions
• Manage epics and user stories from high-level requirements
• Guide experience-led teams on strategic vision and UI/UX design
• Drive governance, risk management, and budget adherence
