7+ years selling and leading large-scale transformation projects.

7+ years with CCaaS tech across AWS, Google CCAI, Genesys, NICE, etc.
8+ years aligning tech with contact center metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex global Service tech solutions for CCaaS.
Build strong relationships with senior management; identify follow-on opportunities.
Develop platform migration and global rollout strategies; manage risks.
Collaborate with partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions.
