The Category Sourcing Manager will develop and execute global sourcing strategies to support product innovation, cost objectives, and supply continuity.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong supplier relationship experience and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, engineering, operations, or related field.
• Strong analytical, math, business, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global category sourcing strategies using Tempur Sealy's 6 Step Sourcing Process.
• Analyze spend, total landed cost, supplier leverage, market dynamics, and multi-year opportunities.
• Build strategies to improve cost, quality, service, and continuity of supply.
• Lead supplier relationships and performance reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Support product development and operational execution with internal stakeholders.
