Tempur Sealy International in Trinity, NC is seeking a Category Sourcing Manager to develop and execute global category strategies, driving cost and supply continuity. You will partner with Operations, Product Development, Marketing, and Finance to manage categories from strategy through execution.

The ideal candidate will be strategic, analytical, and experienced in supplier relationships, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, engineering, operations, or related field.
• Strong analytical, math, business, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global category sourcing strategies.
• Analyze spend, cost drivers, supplier landscape, and opportunities.
• Own supplier relationships from daily support to executive engagement.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and ensure compliance with agreements.
• Partner with internal teams for new materials, product development, and launches.
• Drive cost, risk, and supply chain improvements.
