Tempur Sealy is seeking a Category Sourcing Manager to develop and execute global category strategies that align with product innovation, cost goals, and supply continuity. You will partner with Operations, Product Development, Marketing, Supplier Quality, Finance, and regional buyers to drive strategy through execution.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong supplier relationship management, analytics, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or related areas.
- Strong analytical, math, business, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global category sourcing strategies.
- Own supplier relationships from operations to executive engagement.
- Lead cost, risk, and supply chain improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Product Development and Supplier Quality Engineering.
- Ensure accurate vendor data and nurture cross-functional collaboration.
