Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC seeks a Senior Manager to lead the sourcing team for the Amazon Leo program. You will own strategic supply chain architecture, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost, lead time, and quality across a global RF/antenna hardware base.

This role requires 10+ years in procurement leadership, experience in high-tech electronics, and strong collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams. Domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

10+ years leading procurement teams with supplier/supply chain experience.
Experience in strategic sourcing for high tech electronics/computing/communications.
Experience in contracting, demand management and planning and procurement.
Experience with supplier management and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Quality.
Strong data-driven decision making and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sourcing Managers.
Own strategic supply chain architecture planning and supplier management.
Monitor material availability to ensure uninterrupted production and field operations.
Analyze spend requests and supplier quotes; drive year-over-year savings via cost management.
Lead supplier selection, qualification, and negotiation for long-lead commodities.
Partner with Planning and Finance to manage spend within budget and mitigate risks.
