Job summary

Highridge Medical is seeking a Senior Sourcing/Procurement professional to proactively manage supplier-related activities and align with corporate sourcing strategies. You will drive supplier performance, mitigate supply risks, and contribute early in product development.

Required are 5+ years in sourcing/commodity management, a strong eye for detail, and ability to lead cross-functional projects with strategic impact. Travel up to 30% may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of sourcing/commodity management experience.
• Relentless attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to act as a change agent on supplier initiatives.
• Knowledge of supplier change notification, SOPs, specifications and work instructions.
• Proven ownership of cross-functional projects with broad scope and budget awareness.
• Strong problem-solving using quality/statistical tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gather data to support sourcing decisions.
• Create and align sourcing strategies with corporate goals.
• Develop supplier performance metrics to drive accountability.
• Own the Quarterly Business Review process.
• Establish/update annual standard costs; analyze monthly PPV.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities in sourcing and utilization.
• Resolve supplier quality, delivery, and specification issues.
• Support New Product Introduction with sourcing input.
• Develop contingency plans for strategic suppliers.
• Generate spend reports for direct and indirect materials.
