Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Certifications such as CPM, CPSM, APICS or Six Sigma desirable.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement, or supply-chain ops.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supplier management activities, ensuring sourcing strategies and performance expectations are met.
• Lead sourcing decisions within assigned categories and support NPD processes.
• Partner with Global Procurement and Operations to develop global commodity strategies.
• Negotiate complex contracts for strategic materials and services.
• Drive cost reduction, risk mitigation, and supplier development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Ops, Quality Compliance, Engineering and Finance to align sourcing with business goals.
• Apply Six Sigma/Lean to improve sourcing processes and supplier productivity.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure supply continuity through onboarding of new suppliers.
