Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a technical field with 5+ years in product or project management.
• Ability to synthesize data into high-level strategies and operational plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch, English, and French; comfortable presenting to stakeholders.
• Strong technical affinity with MS Office, BI tools (Tableau), and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global growth strategies for the remanufactured parts portfolio.
• Define roadmaps, coordinate cross-department execution, and align with Steering Committee and executive leadership.
• Monitor margins, turnover, and stock levels to identify improvement opportunities and drive profitability.
• Centralize vendor relationships to maximize volume leverage and strengthen negotiating power.
• Build global alignment across branches and departments, liaising with Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing.
• Continuously track industry trends, competitor moves, and customer needs; share actionable insights.
