Job summary

TVH Americas is seeking a Category Manager to translate commercial priorities into a global product strategy for remanufactured parts. You will work with Sales, Pricing, Product Development and global leadership to turn vision into actionable growth.

You will develop and execute global growth strategies, coordinate cross-departmental roadmaps, monitor profitability, and build strong vendor relationships for scale. This role requires strong data skills and multilingual communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a technical field with 5+ years in product or project management.
• Proven ability to synthesize data into high-level strategies and operational plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch, English, and French; comfortable presenting to all levels.
• Strong technical affinity with MS Office, BI tools (Tableau), and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global growth strategies for remanufactured parts portfolio.
• Define roadmaps, coordinate cross-department execution, and report to leadership.
• Monitor margins, turnover, stock levels, and drive profitability opportunities.
• Centralize vendor relationships to maximize volume leverage and negotiations.
• Build global alignment across branches, liaising with Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing.
• Continuously track industry trends, competitor moves, and customer needs.
