Job summary

TVH Parts Co is seeking a Category Manager to translate commercial priorities into a global product strategy for remanufactured parts. You will work with Sales, Pricing, Product Development and global leadership to convert vision into actionable growth plans.

Role requires 5+ years in product or project management, fluency in Dutch, English, and French, and strong MS Office/Tableau/ERP proficiency. This role offers a performance-driven environment with a global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a technical field with 5+ years in product or project management.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into high-level strategies and operational plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch, English, and French to present to stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands-on proficiency with MS Office, BI tools (e.g., Tableau), and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute global growth strategies for remanufactured parts portfolio.
• Commercial Execution: Define roadmaps, coordinate cross-departmental execution, align with Steering Committee and exec leadership.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor margins, turnover, stock levels, and profitability.
• Vendor Management: Centralize vendor relationships to maximize volume leverage.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build global alignment across branches and departments; liaise with Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing.
• Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor moves, and customer needs; share insights across the business.
