Your mission
In this position, you're responsible for leading and developing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving overall procurement performance. You oversee the implementation of best practices, continuous improvements, as well as global and local strategies. Additionally, you define annual productivity improvements with suppliers and communicate the use of applicable processes, systems, and tools. By collaborating with other functions, you ensure strategic sourcing perspectives are integrated into key processes.

The location for this position is flexible within Europe and some travel is included in the job.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a background in procurement and extensive experience in relevant positions within global organizations. You excel in negotiation, contract establishment, and have a solid business acumen. Your knowledge is backed by a university degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
You demonstrate exceptional leadership – fostering a collaborative environment and building strong stakeholder relationships. Your analytical thinking and decision-making skills are essential. Driven and determined, you take initiatives for continuous improvement. You excel in teamwork and project management, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives.
