Job description

Role: Lead global Category Management teams within CSL, overseeing strategy development and execution across procurement categories to optimize value, reduce costs, and manage risks.

Responsibilities

• develop and implement global category strategies aligned with corporate goals;
• lead complex sourcing, bid activities, and transformational projects;
• establish and manage supplier relationships, conduct negotiations, and ensure compliance with policies;

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Engineering preferred, MBA highly regarded), minimum 12 years in strategic sourcing or related fields, with at least 2 years of senior leadership experience managing global teams.

• knowledge of A&E/EPC/CQV categories;
