• 5-8+ years related experience in supply chain or procurement role, chemicals.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.
• Experience in global procurement and sourcing.
• Ability to travel domestically 25-50%.
• Interfacing with manufacturing engineering and program management teams.
• CPIM, CPSM, or CPIM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation and selection, negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain global supplier relationships, including site visits.
• Manage category strategies, spend reporting, and cross-functional reviews.
• Negotiate long-term agreements for components and raw materials.
• Support strategic supplier business reviews and risk mitigation in supply chain.
• Assist in process improvement and implement best practices.
