• Optimize the player lifecycle from acquisition through VIP retention and reactivation.
• Advise on VIP strategy, CRM, retention, promotions and rewards.
• Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide guidance on KPIs including DAU, FTD, GGR, NGR, ARPU, LTV and retention.
• Support market expansion, planning and new initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Payments, Risk, Data and Customer Service.

They are seeking an experienced Casino Operations Advisor with deep hands-on experience operating and scaling Social Casino, Sweepstakes, iGaming, Online Casino, or Crypto Casino businesses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advise on casino business operations and operating models.
