Qualifications

• This position requires proficiency with computers and general office equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is highly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Candidate must be willing and able to travel globally on demand.
• Ability to perform in a high-stress environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage in presentations globally to inform and educate stakeholders and customers with the goal of closing profitable sales.
• Reconcile discrepancies between sales quotations and purchase orders through internal and external discussions and gather information to finalize order entries.
• Show visiting customers Burr Oak Tool’s manufacturing and assembly processes to provide knowledge of company products.
• Acts as liaison between engineering and customers to provide employees with precise and accurate design information.
• Coordinate with the Vice President of Sales to determine sales priorities and negotiation parameters.
• Establish and achieve quarterly and annual booking targets using SMART goals.
• Able to observe and develop workable solutions in a variety of situations and perform root cause analysis.
• Accept responsibility for consistently excellent productivity and quality.
• Organize and conduct concise, timely and logical presentations, discussions, and reports for a variety of stakeholders.
• Participate in regular employee reviews including setting and achieving goals.
