Job summary

Chemours is seeking a Capital Project Manager to join our New Johnsonville, TN location. The role leads engineering analyses, planning and cost management for large capital projects (> $50M) from inception to start-up.

Required is a BS in engineering with a minimum of five years in industrial settings, preferably in titanium dioxide or capital projects, plus strong leadership and communication skills. SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial experience, preferably in titanium dioxide manufacture or capital project management.
• Experience with capital projects and project controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering analyses, technical reviews, calculations and planning for capital projects from inception to operation.
• Develop discipline scopes, estimates and specifications, ensuring QA and industry standards.
• Manage cost, schedules, interfaces with contractors and suppliers, and ensure delivery of project milestones.
