Job summary

Chemours is seeking a Project Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for capital projects at the Parkersburg, WV site. You will develop strategies for plant expansions, maintenance, and regulatory initiatives, and manage bids, negotiations, and contracts across equipment, materials, EPC/EPCM services.

The role requires 8+ years in procurement with capital project exposure, strong Excel skills, and the ability to partner with project teams, engineering, and EPC providers to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Engineering, or Construction).
• 8+ years in procurement, sourcing, or commercial contracting.
• 5+ years supporting capital projects in manufacturing or chemical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for capital projects from FEL-1 through closeout.
• Develop procurement strategies for plant expansions, maintenance, and regulatory initiatives.
• Manage bidding, evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards (equipment, services, EPC/EPCM).
• Drive lifecycle cost reduction, risk mitigation, and supplier performance.
