Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver large capital asset projects (typically >= $10M).
• Coordinate with Lilly and non‑Lilly professionals to meet safety, schedule, cost and quality goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project management standards.
• Develop and implement safety and environmental execution plans for projects from design through verification.
