Wilmington Trust is seeking a professional to assist with Global Capital Markets trust or entity administration for high net-worth private and institutional clients. You will serve as the client contact, process transactions, and support discretionary distributions and trust terminations under supervision.

The role emphasizes customer service, routine client inquiries, and collaboration with internal teams and service partners to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Combined minimum of 3 years higher education and/or work experience.
• Demonstrated focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree focused on Finance, Business, Economics and Accounting.
• Working towards CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) certification

Responsibilities

• Support the Relationship Manager with oversight of client relationships, making appropriate recommendations regarding routine internal business activities.
• Assist account representative(s) in revenue-generating activities by providing appropriate recommendations and preparing documents for meetings.
• Manage daily implementation of client strategies as required and foster client relationships as point of contact.
• Coordinate with internal and external service partners to address issues and escalate risks as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and regulatory standards applicable to corporate trust services.
