Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, CapEx to join our Finance & Transformation organization. You will own global CapEx reporting and analysis, consolidating spend up to $1 billion annually and supporting internal management and external public company reporting.

You will partner with Finance leadership, Network Optimization, Capital Deployment, Field Finance, Engineering, and Operations to provide accurate, timely CapEx data for decision making and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of FP&A/finance experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; proficient with PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience developing reports in an ERP environment, preferably Workday.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain variances to senior management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or BI tools preferred.
• Familiarity with capital project accounting, SEC reporting, or SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly global CapEx consolidation, actuals, and forecasts.
• Prepare executive-level CapEx materials and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure data integrity and develop/maintain financial models and reports.
• Analyze variances by region and reporting segment for management.
• Support external reporting, MD&A content, and SEC forms (10-Q/10-K).
• Drive Workday Adaptive transition; build automated dashboards and KPIs.
