Job summary

Lineage seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, CapEx to join the Finance & Transformation organization. You will own global CapEx consolidation, tracking, and analysis to support up to $1B annual spend, for internal and external reporting.

The role partners with Finance leadership, Network Optimization, Field Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Accounting to deliver accurate, timely insights. You will drive Close, data integrity, variance analysis, and executive deliverables while advancing Workday

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive FP&A, accounting, or capital/project finance experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience in ERP environments, preferably Workday.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to solve problems and improve processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, matrixed teams without direct authority.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly global capital project consolidation and CapEx reporting.
• Reconcile and analyze global CapEx; build financial models and reporting packages.
• Explain variances with regional teams; provide decision-ready CapEx data.
• Prepare executive-level financial materials and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare CapEx content for MD&A and Forms 10-Q/10-K.
• Ensure CapEx policy compliance and internal controls; train stakeholders.
• Maintain CapEx documentation and the CapEx Knowledge Center.
• Drive forecasting into Workday Adaptive; optimize system capabilities.
• Build automated reporting tools and dashboards using Workday, Adaptive, Power BI.
• Develop and maintain capital deployment models; standardize allocations.
• Foster collaboration with operating and functional leaders.
